Education and awareness campaigns on preventing insider trading
Our company conducts training sessions annually for current directors, managers, and employees on the overview of the Trade Secrets and Personal Data Protection Act and anti-corruption policies, as well as the prevention of insider trading. New directors
and managers are trained on relevant regulations upon taking office. In 2025, training was conducted for current directors and managers on July 31, covering topics such as trade secret protection and response, confidentiality procedures
for material information, and the causes, identification process, and examples of insider trading.
In 2025, our company conducted training sessions for 9,980 employees, totaling 9,980 employees. The course content included: Trade Secret, Personal Data Protection, Anti-Corruption Policies Overview, and Prevention of Insider
Trading.
On November 19, 2025, the Company notified all directors via email of the dates of the quarterly board meetings for 2026 and the closed period before the announcement of the quarterly financial reports. The Company also sent
a reminder via email one week before the start of the closed period to prevent directors from inadvertently violating the regulations.
