Innolux values harmony between labor and management. In addition to the quarterly labor-management meeting and employee welfare committee meeting, the Company has also set up a variety of smooth communication channels. Local and foreign employees can express their opinions, either named or anonymously, about human rights, labor-management, and sexual harassment issues through the Employee Care Hotline or Employee Care Mailbox or during the direct labor seminar. The Company protects the rights and interests of its employees by helping them to solve problems with regard to personal rights & interests or unfair treatment.
