Mr. Robert Shiao (Chih-Hung Shiao) serves as President of Innolux and is in charge of the coordination between BU (Business Unit), OU(Operations Unit), and MU (Management Unit) and promotion of “collective-prosperity system”. After graduating from B.S., Industrial Engineering, Tunghai University, Mr. Shiao worked at the survey center of ITRI to take part in the project management and technology promotion. After ITRI, Mr. Shiao joined Taiwan's first TFT-LCD company—Unipac Optoelectronics and has devoted to the industry for 23 years. In 2001, Unipac merged with Acer Display to become AU Optronics where Mr. Shiao took the office as Director of TFT Fab. In 2002, Mr. Shiao joined Innolux as Director of Business Management and was promoted to Associate Vice President of LCD module manufacturing center and Executive Vice President later. During the time Mr. Shiao initiated the establishment of INIP (Innolux Intelligent Portal) which made complex data simplified and systemized. In 2012 during the development of automation, Mr. Shiao led the promotion of smart INX4.0 which greatly enhanced the production transformation and cost competitiveness. With his experience in module-assembly, Mr. Shiao will accelerate the operations transformation of Innolux, from panel-approach to the strategy of finished-product.

Mr. Ting currently serves as Executive Vice President in charge of the Production Technology Center. After graduating from the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University, he obtained an M.S. degree from the Graduate Institute of Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University. He took a position at a semiconductor manufacturing plant in the Hsinchu Science Park in 1990, and entered the TFT-LCD industry in 1993. After serving as a manager at Unipac Optoelectronics, he joined Chi Mei Optoelectronics in 1997. Mr. Ting specializes in TFT-LCD front-end processes and production technology. He has been constantly involved in innovative plant design and process technology from the adoption of a G3.5 line by CMO in 1999 to the adoption of the newest G8.5 line, and has steadily increased production line competitiveness.

Mr. Chen currently serves as Vice President in charge of the Tainan TFT Manufacturing Center. After graduating from the Department of Mining, Metallurgy, and Materials Science, National Cheng Kung University, he entered the TFT-LCD industry in 1996 and joined Chi Mei Optoelectronics in 1998. Mr. Chen specializes in TFT-LCD front-end processes and production technology. He bore responsibility for front-end process production management and Ningbo Chi Mei Manufacturing Fab.

Mr. Yang currently serves as Vice President & General Manager of Mobile Product. He received an M.S. degree from the Graduate Institute of Chemical Engineering at National Cheng Kung University. He joined the AU Optronics Corp. in 1993, where he served as deputy plant director. Mr. Yang assumed the position of director at Sintek in 2002, and joined Innolux Display Corp. during the same year. He has spent over 20 years in the TFT panel industry, and successfully entered the field of touch-control panels in 2010. Yang possesses a wealth of experience in the display industry, and has helped achieve even greater diversification of Innolux's products.

Mr. Yang currently serves as VP & GM of TV, AII Product of Innolux Corporation (INX). He obtained his M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering at the National Central University in 1992. Mr. Yang joined CPT in 1994 and served as RD Senior Engineer and Section Manager of Cell MFG. In 1998, Mr. Yang joined CMO and led the sales, strategic marketing and product management division. He leads the global sales team and covers major accounts and customer engagement activities. He was a pioneer to develop Liquid Crystal Display (TFT LCD) products into the Information Technology market, which led to his promotion from Manager, Director, and General Director to be AVP of the Product Management Center and Sales GM of Global Sales Business Center. Under Mr. Yang’s leadership, INX has successfully become one of the top suppliers in the world.

Mr. Lin currently serves as Associate VP & GM of AII Product. After receiving his M.S. degree from the Graduate Institute of Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University, in 1991 Mr. Lin worked as an IC designer for a semiconductor company at Hsinchu Science Park. Since 1994 Mr. Lin has dedicated to working for TFT-LCD industry and joined CMO in 1998. He has taken the lead of optical, mechanical and electrical engineering team for product design and development including panel products for TV, monitor, notebook, industrial, medical, automotive, and avionics applications. His expertise lies in the fields of IC design, design for CCD image and TFT-LCD display driving system.

Mr. Kuo’s expertise lies in product development and management.
